On October 22, Kaspi.kz announced that users can now register with healthcare clinics directly through its mobile application (digitalbusiness.kz). The digital service was introduced in partnership with the Ministry of Healthcare, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, and National Information Technologies JSC. Citizens can submit electronic requests to enroll themselves or minor children through the Public Services section in the app.
How to Submit an Application in the App
To apply, users open the Public Services section, select Medical Registration, and tap Apply (guide.kaspi.kz). The applicant chooses whether the filing is for themselves or for a child, followed by their registered address. The app automatically displays eligible local clinics serving that district. Having an active registration address is mandatory.
After picking a clinic, the user states the reason for enrollment and completes biometric photo verification. Parents register children under 16, while youth aged 16 and older submit applications independently.
Who Chooses the Doctor and Clinic
Users may select a doctor from the list in the app. If unselected, the clinic assigns a doctor.
Reviewing an application takes one working day from submission, not 24 calendar hours (guide.kaspi.kz). The final decision belongs entirely to the selected clinic. Once approved, the user’s prior registration is canceled automatically.
What This Means for Readers
The official guide explains how to submit a request, receive a decision, and check current registration:
- Applications can be submitted remotely using photo verification;
- The medical organization reviews applications within one working day;
- Users can check active attachment, assigned doctor, district number, and social health insurance status in the app.
Where to Check Status and Rejections
Application progress is tracked under Public Services in My Applications. If a clinic rejects the request, the app displays the reason for rejection. For disputes or questions, applicants can reach the clinic directly or call 1414.
