NVIDIA and TCV Invest in Higgsfield: Series B Extension Amount Kept Undisclosed

Generative video platform Higgsfield announced on October 23 that it has raised additional capital from investment firm TCV and technology corporation NVIDIA through an extension of its Series B round (prnewswire.com). Neither the newly injected dollar amount nor an updated post-money valuation was disclosed in the official announcement.

Round Structure and Product Expansion

The initial Series B round was completed in August under the lead of DST Global. The announcement describes the financing as an extension of the August Series B. The allocated funds are designated for ongoing product enhancements, scaling global inference infrastructure, hiring, and supporting commercial go-to-market execution.

Kazakhstan Connection and Infrastructure

While Higgsfield is headquartered in San Francisco, the startup maintains deep institutional ties to Kazakhstan through co-founder Yerzat Dulat and close cooperation with Astana Hub. The venture was co-founded alongside Alex Mashrabov and Mahi de Silva. The platform serves commercial brands, advertising agencies, production studios, and independent creative professionals by bringing together video, image, and audio models with its proprietary creative technology.

According to internal company metrics, Higgsfield serves more than 40 million users across 238 countries and territories, a company-reported total rather than a measure of daily active users. In September, leadership stated that annual revenue run rate surpassed the one-billion-dollar mark, which describes an annualized run-rate velocity rather than total recognized revenue or round size.

Background regarding the startup’s previous benchmark is covered in Kazakhstan’s First Unicorn Higgsfield Soars to $5.4 Billion Valuation in Series B.

What It Means for Readers

The expanded technical collaboration with NVIDIA targets optimized computing clusters and software runtimes, referencing Blackwell architectures, Dynamo execution, and future Vera Rubin hardware (er10.kz). Management has not claimed a finalized hardware transition to Vera Rubin. For creators and commercial studios, the release announces no revised pricing tiers, complimentary access guarantees, or guaranteed earnings.
