Kazakhstani HR-Tech startup GoDays has closed a funding round totaling $490,000. The round was co-led by international venture fund 500 Global, Domino Ventures, Aloqa Ventures, prominent angel investor Murat Abdrakhmanov, and seasoned tech syndicates. Including early capital from 500 Global and My Ventures, aggregate funding has crossed $565,000. The venture was co-founded by Yelnur Kai (CEO) and Dimash Aitkali (CTO).
Predictive Stress Analytics via Keystroke Biomechanics
Unlike conventional employee engagement surveys that deliver lagging, self-censored indicators, GoDays detects workplace exhaustion and psychological distress at nascent stages:
- Machine learning algorithms monitor micro-biometric patterns of human-computer interaction: typing cadence, keystroke flight times, rhythm changes, and workflow session fatigue curves;
- The architecture guarantees absolute privacy: the system never captures keystroke content, words, or credentials, evaluating only raw physical input mechanics;
- HR teams and executive leadership receive aggregated, departmental-level psychological climate indices and burnout alerts without infringing on personal privacy.
Scaling into South Korea and Japan
Selected as a finalist in the prestigious K-Startup Grand Challenge in Seoul, GoDays focused commercialization efforts on East Asian corporate markets, where workplace overwork and employee burnout cost enterprises billions annually. Corporations evaluating and testing the solution include industry leaders such as Shell, Toyota, and regional enterprise conglomerates.
