Kazakhstan’s business software market (B2B SaaS) is undergoing a profound shift. Five to seven years ago, domestic companies favoured cumbersome foreign licences or expensive server infrastructure. Today, Kazakhstani cloud platform developers meet the needs of local retailers, banks and industrial businesses while competing in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the United States.
RAEM researched Enterprise & B2B SaaS and compiled a verified ranking of six leading B2B SaaS services in Kazakhstan. These platforms optimise millions of delivery routes, automate hundreds of car parks worldwide, track working hours for hundreds of thousands of employees and protect businesses against costly counterparty risks.
💼 Why Kazakhstani B2B SaaS succeeds internationally:
- A practical business model: unlike consumer venture projects, B2B SaaS focuses on immediate recurring revenue (ARR) and demonstrable ROI for corporate customers.
- Expansion through Silicon Valley: Kazakhstani B2B projects attract institutional investors through Alchemist Accelerator and 500 Global, including Relog and Parqour.
- Strong algorithms: machine learning supports routing, licence plate recognition and analysis of large datasets from state registers.

1. Relog: smart delivery routing from Almaty to the Middle East
Last-mile delivery is the most expensive and vulnerable part of the supply chain in retail, distribution and e-commerce, accounting for up to 53% of transport costs. Poorly planned courier and truck routes waste fuel, cause missed delivery windows and consume large amounts of working time.
Kazakhstani startup Relog, founded by Bauyrzhan Rustemov, developed a cloud transport management system (TMS). Its neural network algorithm assigns thousands of orders to dozens of drivers within minutes, considering more than 40 parameters, including traffic, customer delivery windows, vehicle size and weight restrictions and the density of unloading locations.
Relog founder Bauyrzhan Rustemov: the cloud platform has reduced logistics costs for hundreds of distributors
The platform allows corporate customers to cut transport costs by 20–30% and reduce fleet requirements by a quarter. Relog completed Alchemist Accelerator in Silicon Valley, raised more than $1.5 million and expanded into 10 countries, processing over 30 million successful deliveries.

2. Parqour: computer vision and seamless parking in 20 countries
Traditional parking systems using paper tickets, plastic cards and unreliable barriers cause stress for drivers and high maintenance costs for shopping centres, airports and office developments.
Parqour founder Amirkhan Omarov developed a hardware-independent SaaS system using computer vision. Entrance cameras read vehicle licence plates from countries worldwide with over 99% accuracy in varied weather conditions. Drivers do not need to open a window: the barrier lifts automatically in half a second, and payment is made through a QR code or linked payment app such as Apple Pay, Kaspi or Google Pay.
Parqour founder Amirkhan Omarov: the system operates at more than 350 locations in 20 countries
Parqour has become a global PropTech player, deployed at more than 350 locations in 20 countries, including the United States, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Czechia and Central Asian countries. The startup completed Alchemist Accelerator and raised millions of dollars in international venture funding.

3. Clockster: time tracking and HR management in Southeast Asia
Managing frontline staff in restaurants, hotels, retail chains and construction involves timesheet confusion, absenteeism and manual overtime calculations. Wall-mounted biometric terminals often break down or require expensive maintenance.
Kazakhstani startup Clockster, founded by Yerzhan Ryskali, moved workforce management to the cloud. Employees clock in and out using facial recognition (Face ID) and GPS on an ordinary smartphone. Managers monitor attendance in real time, automatically build shift schedules, approve leave and calculate wages.
Clockster founder Yerzhan Ryskali: the WFM platform has established a presence in the Philippines and Indonesia
Clockster has shown that Kazakhstani SaaS can gain a strong position in Southeast Asia’s fast-growing markets. The company opened offices in the Philippines and Indonesia and serves thousands of hospitality and retail businesses in more than 10 countries.

4. Kompra.kz: a digital safeguard for businesses and automated due diligence
Signing a contract with a shell company, bankrupt business or tax debtor can cause substantial losses, blocked accounts and criminal liability risks. Before automated systems, security teams and lawyers had to consult dozens of disconnected state registers manually.
Kompra.kz, founded by Dauren Tulebayev and Askhat Sergazin, transformed corporate compliance and due diligence in Kazakhstan. It aggregates information from more than 50 official state databases, covering tax payments, court cases, enforcement proceedings, frozen accounts, founders’ affiliations and public procurement participation.
Kompra.kz founders Dauren Tulebayev and Askhat Sergazin: the service has become a security standard in Kazakhstan’s corporate sector
Within seconds, Kompra creates a comprehensive profile of a legal entity or sole proprietor, automatically calculating financial and tax risk indicators. It is now a standard counterparty screening tool for banks, quasi-state holdings and hundreds of thousands of commercial businesses in Kazakhstan.

5. EasyTap: an Uber-style service for hourly supermarket and restaurant staff
Annual frontline staff turnover in retail, warehousing and restaurants reaches 70–80%. During peak hours and weekends, stores face shortages of cashiers, order pickers and loaders, while traditional recruitment through agencies takes weeks.
EasyTap, founded by Magzum Tolesh and Temirlan Ungarov, created a flexible B2B SaaS platform for crowdsourcing hourly staff. It works like Uber: a supermarket such as Magnum or Small posts a four-hour cashier shift, and verified candidates nearby respond through the mobile app.
EasyTap’s founders: the platform digitised flexible staffing for hundreds of retail chains
EasyTap automates payments, document checks and tax reporting for self-employed workers. Its customers include major chains such as Magnum Cash&Carry, KFC, Zara, Dodo Pizza and Marwin. The project has won startup competitions and is raising venture capital for regional expansion.

6. Taylor.kz: LegalTech contract automation and electronic approvals
Approving standard leases, supply agreements and employment contracts in medium-sized and large businesses can take weeks. Lawyers spend valuable time checking standard clauses, while sales teams lose interested customers to administrative delays.
Domestic startup Taylor.kz, founded by Sungat Arynov, developed a smart contract builder and contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform. Non-lawyers can generate legally sound documents within minutes from approved corporate templates, with counterparty details filled in automatically.
Taylor.kz founder Sungat Arynov: contract automation makes deal closing four times faster
The platform supports internal electronic approvals, integration with the state digital signature service and secure cloud storage with full-text search. Taylor.kz has helped hundreds of Kazakhstani companies digitise contracts, reducing approval times from several weeks to a day.
