Aitu SuperApp Unveils In-Chat Money Transfers, Digital Signatures, and AI GovTech Assistant

Aitu SuperApp Unveils In-Chat Money Transfers, Digital Signatures, and AI GovTech Assistant

At the international AI & Digital Bridge 2026 forum in Astana, technology developer BTS Digital showcased major functional upgrades to its sovereign messenger and ecosystem superapp, Aitu. Key enhancements include real-time automated message translation between Kazakh and Russian, peer-to-peer money transfers inside chat streams, and legally binding digital signature (EDS) signing directly in dialogue windows. The company also demonstrated “AI to You,” an intelligent conversational assistant built to streamline access to electronic government services.

According to BTS Digital, Aitu currently engages over one million monthly active users (MAU). The company continues to position and develop the platform as Kazakhstan’s primary sovereign communication hub, unifying personal messaging, certified state notifications, civic interaction, and integrated digital micro-services within a single secure environment. For deeper operational context on the platform’s infrastructure, read RAEM’s analysis of BTS Digital and the role of Aitu in Kazakhstan’s public sector.

Real-Time Bilingual Translation and In-Chat Payments

During the forum showcase, BTS Digital demonstrated core improvements geared toward daily communication and community interaction across family, educational, enterprise, and civic circles.

A flagship feature is real-time automated message translation between Kazakh and Russian. The integrated neural translation engine operates seamlessly within individual and group chats, enabling participants to communicate fluently in their preferred language without third-party translation tools.

The platform also introduced native peer-to-peer (P2P) in-chat financial transfers, enabling users to transfer funds instantly while conversing. Specific banking integration rails, fee structures, and partner financial institutions will be detailed in upcoming commercial releases.

Verified Senders and Legally Binding Digital Signatures

State agencies, educational institutions, utility providers, and commercial enterprises now operate through strict organizational verification protocols within Aitu. Official notifications from eGov services and certified entities are routed through verified corporate channels to ensure authenticity.

This verification infrastructure provides citizens with immediate cryptographic certainty, safeguarding users from spoofed accounts, phishing attacks, and fraudulent impersonations.

Crucially, Aitu now facilitates legally binding administrative and commercial actions: users can review contracts, administrative notices, and formal agreements and execute them using Kazakhstan’s National Electronic Digital Signature (EDS / ЭЦП) directly inside the chat interface, eliminating the need to redirect to external portals.

AI to You: Conversational GovTech and Public Services

BTS Digital formally unveiled AI to You, an intelligent conversational AI assistant embedded natively within Aitu to revolutionize citizen interaction with electronic government services.

According to product demonstrations, citizens simply formulate questions or service requests in natural conversational language. The AI agent interprets intent, guides users through requisite documentation, queries appropriate public registries, and automates official document requests.

The exhaustive catalog of supported eGov procedures and rollout phases will be published following closed pilot trials with state administrative bodies.

These collective upgrades reflect a strategic shift for Aitu: moving beyond conventional messaging into an integrated sovereign superapp that fuses communications, authenticated state alerts, micro-finance, and paperless administrative workflows. The next frontier centers on empowering citizens to navigate complex public administration through intuitive AI dialogue.
