Designing modern manufacturing plants, automated assembly lines, and industrial warehouses has historically been plagued by costly engineering miscalculations discovered only during physical construction. Kazakhstani deep-tech startup Factory Builder AI, founded by industrial engineer Oman Abyshev, solves this multi-million-dollar challenge through generative AI algorithms and digital twin simulations.
Simulation Modeling and Process Mining
The Factory Builder AI platform enables manufacturers to test and stress-test factory processes in a dynamic 3D physics environment long before pouring concrete:
- Bottleneck Elimination: Algorithmic simulation of raw material flows, machine utilization cycles, and human worker ergonomics, catching delays during pre-construction virtual planning;
- Automated CAD Floorplan Generation: Neural models automatically generate the most compact, energy-efficient floorplans based on equipment specs and fire safety codes;
- 15–25% CapEx Reduction: Eradicating physical re-piping, electrical rewiring, and conveyor repositioning during onsite installation.
Industry Recognition: 1st Place at BI Group Startup Battle
In 2026, Factory Builder AI claimed 1st place at the Construction Startup Battle organized by BI Group and KazGASA. The project was also celebrated as a top performer at the Industry 4.0 Pitch Battle at Digital Bridge and reached the semifinals of GITEX AI Kazakhstan, demonstrating strong commercial traction and export potential across the Middle East and Central Eurasia.
