In November 2026, Yandex Plus will cost 500 tenge more per month, while Halyk will raise the fee for a specific type of interbank transfer by 50 tenge. Higher Ozon subscription prices will also take effect for sellers who renewed for October at the previous price.

Digital Business compiled the November subscription and fee changes. The Village Kazakhstan also reported the Halyk fee increase, confirming the date, amount and transfer method affected.
Yandex Plus will cost 2,499 tenge
From 5 November, the monthly subscription price will rise from 1,999 to 2,499 tenge. According to Digital Business, Tele2 announced the price change.
For those paying monthly for a full year, the cost will rise from 23,988 to 29,988 tenge — an increase of 6,000 tenge. The subscription will automatically continue at the new price.
Some Ozon sellers will pay more from 1 November
For sellers who renewed their subscriptions for October at the previous price, the higher Premium Plus and Premium Pro prices will apply from 1 November. These subscriptions provide promotional and analytics tools for sellers.
Premium Plus will cost 215,990 tenge per month, up from 148,990 tenge. That is an increase of 67,000 tenge, or about 45%.
The fixed monthly fee for Premium Pro will rise from 148,990 to 307,990 tenge. An additional commission of 2.5% of the price of each item ordered while the subscription is active will remain in place.
Ozon announced the new prices in September and allowed eligible sellers to renew their subscriptions for October at the previous price.
Halyk will raise fees for some transfers
From 27 November, transferring money from a Halyk card to another bank in Kazakhstan using a phone number via Open API will cost 250 tenge. The current fee is 200 tenge: an increase of 50 tenge, or 25%.
The change applies to this specific transfer method in the Halyk SuperApp. The Village Kazakhstan reported that the bank attributed the revision to market conditions and the need to maintain service quality and reliability.
