Companies in Kazakhstan can now get three types of credit and insurance reports free of charge through the eGov Business app. The new service lets them check a company’s debts, overdue payments and insurance policies without visiting any offices (nitec.kz).

What happened

The app has added a service called “SCB. Credit and Insurance History Guide”. The State Credit Bureau (SCB) provides the data. All features are free to use.

The summary credit report shows current credit obligations and any overdue debt. The full credit report covers the past five years, including current and settled obligations, contracts signed and payment history.

The third document is an insurance report. It contains details of the company’s current and previous contracts and insurance policies.

What this means for businesses

Company heads can now check their credit and insurance history in one app. The data helps them keep track of their obligations and check that the information held by the bureau is correct.

Access is available to the heads of legal entities. Employees added to the Treasury information system can also use the service if they have the appropriate electronic digital signature (EDS).

“Businesses need quick and easy access to this data to see their current obligations, monitor payment discipline and check that the information is correct,” said Linara Anuarbekova, chair of the SCB’s management board.

How to get a report

Log in to eGov Business, open “Services” and select “SCB. Credit and Insurance History Guide”. Then consent to the use of your personal data, choose the document you need and tap “Download”.

You can save the file to your phone if needed. Getting a report through the new service requires no office visits or paperwork.

According to Shyngys Orazalimov, chair of NIT’s management board, more than 124 thousand users registered with the updated eGov Business app in 2026. Around 46 thousand entrepreneurs regularly use the app each month. These figures refer to the app as a whole.

A similar guide for individuals has been available in eGov Mobile since 2024. Reports are now another of the eGov digital services available to businesses through the mobile app.
