What CYBERPACK.AI offers schools
According to the company, CYBERPACK.AI brings together an AI platform, engineering and robotics kits, curricula and teacher training. It works with private and public schools, helping them integrate technology into teaching.
According to the company, the project trains more than 40,000 students and over 500 teachers at partner schools. Separately, the company says it teaches more than 1,000 children directly through its work with families.
Schools are offered equipment alongside teaching materials, teacher training and ongoing support. This package combines classroom tools with training for the teachers who will use them in their lessons.
Home engineering labs
The company describes its home format as a way to take engineering classes beyond the classroom. According to CYBERPACK.AI, the package includes a 3D printer, a robotics kit, access to an educational platform and individual teacher support for a year. The company says children study artificial intelligence, robotics, programming, 3D modelling and engineering design while creating their own projects.
How Sabyrzhan Mustafin developed the product
According to the team, the hardest part was shaping the product itself: school administrators, teachers, students and parents have different needs. The developers interviewed school leaders, teachers and families to understand their goals and day-to-day work.
Their feedback helped bring the equipment, platform, teaching materials and teacher support together into one system.
“You can’t create an EdTech product in isolation from schools — you need to build it with the people who will use it every day,” the CYBERPACK.AI team explains.
From schoolteacher to startup founder
According to the company’s account, Mustafin graduated from Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Pavlodar, then worked as a computer science teacher at a public school in Almaty. He later founded Rolab education centres in Almaty and Astana. His experience teaching and developing the centres laid the foundation for CYBERPACK.AI.
Independent coverage predates the company’s latest update: Forbes Kazakhstan (forbes.kz) profiled Mustafin in October 2025 and covered CYBERPACK.AI’s participation in Digital Bridge 2025 with a project focused on STEM education in schools.
CYBERPACK.AI subsequently won the Impact Maker category at Astana Hub Battle 2026, receiving a $25,000 prize, according to the official results published by organiser Astana Hub (astanahub.com).
