How much does TikTok pay for views in Kazakhstan? The Creator Rewards programme has no fixed rate (newsroom.tiktok.com). Its launch for Kazakhstani accounts has not been confirmed either. Some advertising rates are publicly available, but these are offers from individual creators and contractors. The State Revenue Committee explains the tax rules for these earnings: the rate depends on the tax regime chosen (gov.kz).
How much does TikTok pay for a million views in Kazakhstan?
Creator Rewards is a programme that rewards creators for original, high-quality videos longer than a minute. TikTok has not announced a fixed payout per thousand or million views.
Payouts depend on the video’s originality, how long people watch, its search value and audience engagement. A million views alone therefore does not translate into a predictable amount of income.
Other platforms’ terms are covered separately — for example, earnings from YouTube Shorts. Their rates cannot be applied to TikTok.
What are the requirements for Creator Rewards?
The official announcement dated 18 March 2024 lists the requirements for participants:
- aged 18 or over;
- at least 10,000 followers;
- at least 100,000 views in the past 30 days;
- a personal account in good standing;
- registration in a region where the programme operates.
The last requirement matters: reaching the required follower and view counts does not, on its own, unlock payouts. As of 6 November 2026, there is no confirmation that Creator Rewards has launched in Kazakhstan.
How much do Kazakhstani TikTok creators charge for advertising?
Commercial service ITSummit gives indicative rates of 30,000–200,000 tenge per sponsored integration for mid-tier creators. Prices for top comedy video creators and content houses start at 500,000 tenge. It has not published its assessment methodology, so these figures are a service provider’s estimates, rather than a market average (itsummit.kz).
There is also a specific historical example. In February 2025, Tengri Life quoted Möldir Zhienbayeva’s rate of 650,000 tenge for a TikTok integration. This was one creator’s asking price, rather than a confirmed deal or a current rate for 2026 (tengrinews.kz).
The price may include scripting, filming, editing, publication and a temporary profile link. Rights to use the video afterwards must be agreed separately. When assessing TikTok advertising, it helps to consider actual views, audience location and sales through promo codes.
Can you earn money through TikTok Shop?
Kazakhstan is absent from the list of markets published in the official help documentation. The availability of a local shop and the built-in affiliate programme for Kazakhstani accounts has not been confirmed (ads.tiktok.com).
However, a Showcase product display on a profile does not, in itself, mean the creator owns a shop. Updates to the list of markets may be delayed.
Which taxes should creators consider in 2026?
According to the State Revenue Committee, the simplified declaration regime is available to resident individual entrepreneurs and legal entities that meet its conditions. The annual income limit is 600,000 monthly calculation indices (MCI), or 2595000000 tenge with an MCI of 4,325 tenge.
The base income tax rate is 4%. Maslikhats may adjust it by up to 50%, so the regional rate needs to be checked separately. Form 910.00 is filed for each six-month period; mandatory social contributions are accounted for separately.
The regime for the self-employed provides for zero income tax and social contributions of 4% of income. The monthly limit is 300 MCI, or 1297500 tenge, and no employees are allowed. The regime is available only for certain activities: sponsored integrations cannot automatically be treated as eligible.
What to check before you start earning
The key point: a million views still does not give a Kazakhstani creator a confirmed payout rate. If you are negotiating an advertising deal, agree on the scope of work, the price and the rights to the video. Before receiving income, check which tax regime applies and what the regional rate is.
